Video/Audio Upload Instructions

Video/audio file upload deadline

Authors must complete the registration and payment before uploading presentation videos or audios.

Please upload your presentation video/audio between October 18th and November 5th, 2021

For oral presentation

Authors must provide a pre-recorded video presentation with narration.

Video must be in MP4 format. You are suggested to use Webex, Zoom or Microsoft Teams for recording.

The recorded videos must be in MP4 format with a moderate file size.


For poster presentation

Authors are required to upload a poster file (one page PDF file, landscape 16:9 size).

A narrative audio file of the poster (MP3 format, length < 3 mins) is OPTIONAL.

You may use free online recorder ( and download the file.

Video/audio files must not exceed the maximum file size and time length set in the following table.

[Important Note]
Edit Registration to include your Abstract Number(s)

If you find difficulty in uploading the files, you might have not asociated your abstract number(s) with your paid registration. Please have your abstract number(s) ready on hand and follow the steps:

1. Go to Register Now and login.

2. Click "Edit Registration".

3. ** Make sure you tick "Yes" for "presenting a paper or papers" and Click "Next".

4. Make sure you have student or regular registration.  (If you have paid for it, you will not be able to change the registration type here.)
    Click "Next".

5. [IMPORTANT] In "Abstract number" empty space, please enter the abstract number (0XXX, 4 digits) you want to represent.

- Please DO NOT type in wrong numbers! This number will be used to provide access to the paper you can upload files for. 
- "Check paper" is only available when you want to find the abstract number you submitted or are corresponding author of. Checking papers and without entering abstract numbers cannot complete the abstract number association procedure.

6. [IMPORTANT] Click "Add".  And the paper title of the abstract number entered should show up below to confirm. 

7. [IMPORTANT] Click "Proceed to Payment" (NOTE: If you had paid for the registration, this WILL NOT ask you to pay again!) This step is important and will complete your addition of abstract number(s).

8. After adding the abstract number(s), you can then download the new receipt and notice that the abstract number is listed in the new receipt.

9. Your registration is now associated with the paper number(s), and the participants will be able to upload the video/PDF/audio files.
